To make most effective use of the following recording, please listen to it in an environment that will be quiet and uninterrupted for the next 25 to 30 minutes. It is best if you are sitting in a position that is comfortable for you, with your arms and legs uncrossed, and your head and neck comfortably supported as in an easy chair, lying on a bed, etc.
